Mandatory requirements.
All Morning Star support workers must hold the following before starting in a participant-facing role.
Working with Children Check (WWCC)
Current and valid — required for all participant-facing roles.
First Aid Certificate & CPR
Up-to-date First Aid and CPR certifications.
Driver’s Licence & Insured Vehicle
Current Australian driver’s licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Cleared NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Completed ‘Quality, Safety and You’ orientation module certificate.
